Wes Ferguson, a senior at Nebraska-Kearney, won the men's invitational 800 meters in 1:46.08 at the 114th Drake Relays Presented by Xtream and Powered by Mediacom at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa. Ferguson prevailed in the university/college 800-meter competition in 1:49.33 last year at Drake Relays, before prevailing against a field including both college and professional athletes this year.
